Pickup & delivery policy

• Pickup: orders are typically ready in 15–25 minutes and are picked up at the deli counter inside The Liquor Book during posted store hours.
• We do not sell alcohol or tobacco through this website; only deli and grocery items shown on the menu may be ordered online.

Pricing, taxes & payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the menu and in your cart. Applicable Michigan sales tax and any delivery fee are calculated and displayed before you pay, and your total is recalculated on our server before the card is charged. Payment is due in full at checkout — card payments are processed by Clover on this site, and card details are entered in Clover’s secure hosted fields.

Refund policy

Something missing, wrong, or just not right with your order? Call the store at (586) 207-DELI with your order number and our staff will make it right. Refunds for missing items, incorrect orders, or quality issues are handled over the phone and issued back to the original card, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Because food is prepared to order, we ask that you report issues the same day. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the kitchen begins preparing them.

Promotion terms

• Any special, combo or limited-time price shown on this site is valid only while it is displayed, at this location, and while supplies last.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.
• Promotional pricing applies to the qualifying items shown; taxes and delivery fees are not discounted.
• We may correct, change or end a promotion at any time, including in the case of an obvious pricing error.
• No cash value. Promotions are void where prohibited.

Allergens & accuracy

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and shellfish. Call us before ordering if you have a food allergy. We work to keep menu items, prices and availability accurate, but items may sell out or change without notice.
