Who we are

Brik's Deli (“we”, “us”) operates this website for food ordering and pickup or local delivery. We are located at 43904 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314 and can be reached at (586) 207-DELI.

Information we collect

  • Your name, phone number and email address, so we can confirm your order.
  • A delivery address and any delivery notes, when you choose delivery.
  • The items, options and totals in your order.
  • Basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) needed to operate and secure the site.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Clover. Your card number, expiration date and security code are entered into secure fields hosted by Clover and are sent directly to Clover for processing. We never receive, see or store your full card number. We retain only the card brand, the last four digits and a payment confirmation reference so we can match payments to orders and issue refunds.

How we use your information

We use your information only to prepare, fulfill and support your order, to process payments and refunds, to contact you about an order, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except with our payment processor (Clover) and our hosting and database providers, which act on our behalf.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember the items in your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for business, tax and recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your contact details by calling the store; we may need to keep transaction records required by law.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and all payment data is transmitted directly to Clover over an encrypted connection. Access to order records is restricted to authorized staff.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
